David Humphreys established Food Tech Associates Ltd in 2010. He has over 35 years of experience in the food industry and has worked with a number of giants in the industry. He is a SALSA approved auditor and a retained mentor for several local businesses and leading global food retailers. He also has a working knowledge of the Global Standard for Food Safety (BRC) and other major food retailer standards.
